YourMobileBuyer provides a platform to buy used and damaged mobile phones from customers. Our service includes price evaluation, free pickup, and instant payment functionality.
2. User Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have full authority to sell the phone
- Not be selling stolen, blacklisted, or legally disputed devices
- Provide accurate information about the phone
3. Phone Specifications & Condition
Customers must provide accurate descriptions of their phones including:
- Brand and model
- Physical condition and visible damage
- Functional status of all features
- Any issues or defects
False or misleading information will result in price adjustment or rejection of the device.
4. Pricing & Quote
- Quotes are provided based on information entered by the customer
- Final price may vary after physical inspection
- We reserve the right to revise the offer if the phone's actual condition differs from description
- Price differences will be negotiated at the time of pickup
5. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup is free and available within our service areas (Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR)
- Customers can schedule pickup at their preferred time
- Our agents will contact customers 24 hours before pickup
- Customer must ensure the device is accessible during pickup
- Device must be in the same condition as described to the agent
6. Data Security & Privacy
- Customers are responsible for backing up important data before selling
- We recommend performing a factory reset on the device
- We do not take responsibility for data loss once device is collected
- All customer information is handled as per our Privacy Policy
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is made immediately after device inspection and verification
- Payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, or cash
- Bank transfers may take 24-48 hours to reflect
- No payment is made for devices that don't match the described condition
- Disputes regarding payment must be reported within 7 days
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Phones are sold on an "AS-IS" basis without any warranty. YourMobileBuyer does not warrant that the device will meet your expectations once sold to another party.
9. Prohibited Items
We cannot accept:
- Stolen or blacklisted devices (IMEI check will be performed)
- Devices mortgaged or used as collateral
- Counterfeit or duplicate devices
- Devices with pending financial obligations
- Legally disputed devices
10. Liability & Limitation
YourMobileBuyer is not liable for:
- Price differences due to actual condition during inspection
- Data loss or unauthorized access to customer data
- Damage during transportation by third parties
- Delays in payment (except due to our negligence)

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
